How do you work with us to make a video home tour?

We look at the materials you have already gathered to find out about the property. We pay close attention to the selling points you suggest so that the production compliments your sales strategy.
Typically, we meet you at the property for the shooting, which takes an hour or two. (Allow a little extra time for more elaborate properties.) Although we will discuss the property and its selling points with you during the shoot, you will be free to take calls and conduct other business while we work (don't worry about being quiet--the sound track is put on later back at our studio).
After shooting the property, we take the footage back to our studio where it is edited and music is added. At this time, we write a script and email it to you for approval.
After you have approved the script, our voice talent reads the narration and we put it into the finished production.
The final video is uploaded to the website of your choice.

Is it difficult or time consuming? I don't have time to work with a film crew!

Relax, let us do the work for you!
You do not need to be a professional writer because we are. We listen to your sales pitch and create a video around it.
You do not have to be an actor because you will not be seen on camera (unless you want to be !).

Do I need to clean the home or stage it?

Although not required for the video, cleaning and staging will improve the sellability of your home on video and when the prospect sees the home in person.
An excellent resource for staging is Dress Your Home Designs at www.dressyourhomedesigns.com
Yard maintenance, especially cutting the lawn, is always recommended to improve the curb appeal.
If you are unable to clean or stage the home before we shoot the video, we are able to shoot around some of the problem areas. The rule in film and video is: if the camera does not see it, it does not exist. In planning our shots, we always avoid unsightly elements that would distract from the shot
For example, we can move clutter from the part of a room where we shoot and temporarily store it out of the way. Another example is that we can shoot the exterior without showing an unkempt lawn, but this may prevent us from showing the full impact of the home's setting.

What formats do you offer?

Your production can be delivered to any major video website, such as YouTube. We have worked to optimize the format to look its best on the website of your choice.

Should I worry about the equipment the videographer uses?

You should not need to worry about the equipment--that's our job. A professional strives to have the right equipment for the job. We are passionate about our work. We are constantly planning ways to make productions that get the results you want.

Should we use video instead of still photography?

We recommend both. Stills can be used effectively in flyers. And they display quickly on your website. But video can show more. It can capture the experience of touring a home. And it can tell your story the way you want it told.
Do yourself a favor: get the most creative, talented professionals you can find to produce your video home tour.

Are your services affordable?

Our prices start at $150 to produce a tour of a home in most residential neighborhoods. Prices are slightly higher for bigger productions, such as larger homes and remote locations.
